Assembly and implementation of a winter garden

The reason is that it is necessary to settle the winter garden and assemble it on the existing building, the wall, and the roof. In most cases, the project implementation takes place in other than ideal conditions ... At this point of implementation, suppliers on the market of winter gardens generally face unresolved and technically unmanageable installations such as fixation of the structure to roof (glass or metal)to the original roof, to wall - where there is a risk of leakage due to return water (water tends to go upwards). Our company has developed the method of assembly which prevents this problem, i.e. plumbing work performed directly on site which enables us to adapt exactly to the current status of the building.

In addition, considerable attention must be paid to the connection of the winter garden to the existing foundations, as it is the second weakest point of the assembly process due to possible freezing. We cannot agree with a frequent statement of some providers of winter gardens who claim that it is enough to lay the winter garden on the surface and anchor it to the foundation. This method is far from safe, as there is a gap between the foundation and the lower anchoring profile, which becomes a weak point during winter, it tends to freeze and causes subsequent penetration of moisture either into the foundations or into the interior ... We have solved this major problem by using a compression system which performs the function of a flexible insulator of the gap.
