The winter garden is exclusively used as a relaxation and rest area. An atypical technical design of a 3-layer glass is used on the roof, which was one of the few possible solutions due to the low height of walls and the original roof of the building. Non-standard drainage of the glass roof is solved in the middle part by creating a glazed gutter system.
